小儿腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位临床的应用及探讨 　　摘要：目的 研究小儿腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位临床的应用。方法 选取腹股沟斜疝嵌顿时间不超过12h的患儿进行手法复位，统计本院小儿采用腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位的患儿212例。相关医护人员帮助患儿处于仰卧状态，并用柔软的棉被将患儿腰部以下位置抬高，使得腰部与操作台处于30°左右，帮助患儿保持膝盖弯曲的状态，医护人员可帮助固定患儿身姿。医生处于患儿右侧，将左手放置内环处，并进行固定，右手则放置于患儿腹股沟处，试探合适位置进行挤压，并缓慢增加力度，左手慢慢松弛，呼吸间右手减少压力，运用左手将内环定位，阻隔回纳内容物再次进入到疝囊中。结果 212例患儿腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位手术，205例患儿回纳成功复位，总成功率达到96.69%。结论 小儿腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位手术，成功几率较大，且副作用小，对于治疗小儿嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝具有良好的治疗效果，值得临床进行推广。 　　关键词：嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝；腹股沟嵌顿疝手法复位；临床效果研究 　　Abstract：Objective To study the children of incarcerated inguinal hernia manual reduction of clinical applications. Methods Incarcerated inguinal hernia in children with no more than 12 hours were manipulative reduction， statistics Court adopted children of incarcerated inguinal hernia manual reduction of 212 cases of children. Related staff to help children in the supine state， and with a soft quilt to raise children below the waist position， so that the waist and console in about 30 °， help children keep the knees bent， medical staff can help secure children posture. Doctors at the right of the children， the left hand is placed at the inner ring， and secure， right hand placed on children groin， tentatively proper squeezing position， and slowly increase the intensity of the left slowly relaxation， breathing between the right to reduce the pressure， using his left hand to the inner position， blocking back satisfied contents into the sac in again. Results 212 cases of children with incarcerated inguinal hernia manual reduction surgery， 205 cases of children with back satisfied successfully reset， the overall success rate reached 96.69 percent.
