体育教学过程中学生个人知识作用的解析 　　摘 要：体育教学中存在着大量的缄默知识，学生的个人因素在体育教学中起着很重要的作用，忽视体育教学中学生的个人知识容易导致体育教学实践中的“灌输”，教师“唱独角戏”的局面，个人知识理论给我们当今的体育教学带来了很多有益的启示，引发了体育教学方法的变革。文章分析了知识非个人化以及残缺不全的原因，指出体育教学中学生的个人知识尤其是缄默知识的内容以及对体育教学的影响作用，并为改善体育教学针对性地提出了建议。 　　关键词： 个人知识；体育教学；缄默知识 　　中图分类号： G807.01 文章编号：1009-783X(2007)05-0010-03 文献标识码： A 　　Abstract：There exists a lot of tacit knowledge in the teaching of physical education.As students’ personal factor plays a very important part in physical education,“knowledge acceptance” and“knowledge inculcation” will appear in the teaching practice of P.E.if it is ignored.The theory of pe
