光动力疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨光动力疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。 方法 将门诊157例尖锐湿疣患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为两组。治疗组79例采用光动力疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗，对照组78例单用光动力疗法治疗，末次治疗后连续随访6个月。第1个月每周随访1次，以后每月随访1次，连续6个月观察治疗效果及复发情况。 结果 治疗组的治愈率和复发率分别为93.67%和6.33%，对照组的治愈率和复发率分别为83.33%和16.67%，两组的治愈率和复发率比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组均未出现明显的不良反应，偶有患者出现轻度灼热感，个别出现轻度糜烂。 结论 光动力疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣可以提高疗效，减少复发率和副作用，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 尖锐湿疣；光动力疗法；5-氨基酮戊酸；卡介菌多糖核酸注射液 　　[中图分类号] R752.53 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）01-0025-04 　　Observation of the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum 　　LIU Haiwen LI Aili 　　Department of Dermatology， Dalian Skin Disease Hospital， Dalian 116021， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.
