博来霉素注射与低功率激光光凝等联合应用治疗婴幼儿眼部血管瘤临床研究 　　【摘要】目的 探索博来霉素注射与低功率激光光凝、放射性核素敷贴疗法以及音乐疗法联合应用治疗婴幼儿眼部血管瘤的临床效果。方法 选择于1995年5月～2011年5月期间潍坊益都中心医院和青州市人民医院门诊治疗的小儿眼部血管瘤863例，其中男331例，女532例；其中草莓状血管瘤412例，海绵状血管瘤285例，混合性血管瘤166例。采用放射性核素敷贴疗法、博来霉素注射治疗以及低功率激光光凝治疗。采用眼科多功能测量尺手工测量肿物大小，评价治疗前后血管瘤的大小变化及其有效率。结果 863例血管瘤中，痊愈807例（93.5%），显效44例（5.1%），有效10例（1.2%），总有效率为99.8%。治愈病例均随访半年以上，未见复发。结论 博来霉素注射与低功率激光光凝、放射性核素敷贴疗法以及音乐疗法联合应用治疗婴幼儿几类眼部血管瘤, 可有效阻止眼部毛细血管瘤的增大并不同程度地减小肿瘤，效果显著, 并具有损害小、瘢痕轻、外观效果较好等特点。 　　【关键词】儿童 眼 血管瘤 博来霉素 激光 敷贴疗法 音乐疗法 　　中图分类号：R543.7文献标识码：B文章编号：1005-0515（2011）12-260-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the bleomycin injection and low-power laser photocoagulation, radionuclide therapy and music therapy applicator combination treatment of infantile hemangioma eye clinical results. Methods in May 1995 - May 2011 period and the Central Hospital of Weifang Qingzhou Yidu Peoples Hospital out-patient treatment of 863 cases of pediatric ocular vascular tumors, 331 cases were male and female 532 cases; which hemangiomas 412 cases, 285 cases of cavernous hemangioma, mixed hemangioma 166 cases. Sticking the use of radionuclide therapy, bleomycin injection and low-power laser photocoagulation treatment.
