咽鼓管球囊扩张术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨咽鼓管球囊扩张术（ETBD）治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法 选择普宁市人民医院耳鼻喉科2015年1月～2016年2月收治的慢性分泌性中耳炎患者57例（61耳），按入院顺序随机分为观察组29例（31耳）、对照组28例（30耳）。观察组患者给予ETBD，对照组给予鼓膜置管术。比较两组患者的咽鼓管功能障碍（ETD）情况、纯音听阈值（PTA），治疗效果。结果 术后6、12、18??月，观察组患者的ETDQ-7评分显著低于对照组（P0.05）。术后12个月，观察组患者的PTA显著低于对照组（P0.05）。术后12、18个月，观察组的有效率（83.9%、93.5%）显著高于对照组（56.7%、43.3%）（P0.05）。结论 ETBD治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎可显著缓解患者的临床症状，提高临床效果。 　　[关键词]咽鼓管球囊扩张术；慢性分泌性中耳炎；鼓膜置管术 　　[中图分类号] R764.21 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0101-03 　　Effect analysis of the eustachian tube balloon dilation treating chronic secretory otitis media 　　LIN Si-ping1 ZHANG Zhi-gang2 　　1.Department of ENT，People′s Hospital of Puning City，Guangdong Province，Puning 515300，China；2.Department of ENT，the Second Affilatied Hospital of Zhongshan Medical University，Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510120，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the eustachian tube balloon dilation （ETBD） treating chronic secretory otitis media.Methods 57 patients （61 ears） with chronic secretory otitis media treated in People′s Hospital of Puning City from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group （29 patients，31 ears） and control group （28 patients，30 ears） according to hospital sequence.Patients in the observation group were treated with ETBD，while patients in the control group were treated with grommet insertion.Eustachian tube dysfunction （ETD），pure toneaudiometry （PTA） and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results ETDQ-7 score in patients of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group after 6，12 and 18 months operation （P0.05）.PTA in patients of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 12 months operation （P0.05）.The effective rate of the observation group （83.9%，93.5%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （56.7%，43.3%） at after 12，18 months operation （P0.05）.Conclusion ETBD
