品管圈活动在PICC质量管理中应用 　　摘要：目的：通过品管圈活动在PICC质量管理中应用，其目的是提高护理人员参与PICC质量的管理和解决问题的能力，从而提高护理质量。方法：以2012年11月开展品管圈前后200例PICC置管患者分为对照组和观察组各100例；对照组未开展品管圈活动，观察组采用成立“品管圈”组织；确立“降低PICC并发症发生率，延长导管留置时间”为活动目的；拟定活动计划；分析对照组并发症出现的原因，制定相应的护理对策；具体实施六个步骤进行的方法。结果：对照组PICC总并发症发生率21%，其中穿刺口出血发生率6%，导管相关感染发生率2%，机械性静脉炎发生率6%，导管堵塞发生率4%，其它并发症3%；观察组PICC总并发症发生率5%，其中穿刺口出血发生率2%，机械性静脉炎发生率2%，其它并发症1%，导管相关感染及导管堵塞均未发生。显然对照组PICC并发症发生率高于观察组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：将品管圈活动应用到PICC患者质量管理中，使PICC并发症发生率降低，导管留置时间延长，病人满意度提高。 　　关键词： 品管圈活动；PICC并发症； 效果 　　Abstract： Objective：To explore whether quality control circle activities can decrease incidence of PICC complications. Methods ： In November 2012 to carry out QCC activities around 100 patients with PICC catheter were divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases each；The control group did not carry out QCC activity .The observation group adopted implementation method of six steps，which set up QCC organization and establishedthe complication rate of PICC as the theme， we also made a activity plan and analyzed the complication of the control group and formulated corresponding nursing countermeasures. Results：The total incidence of complications was 20% in control group，which the puncture bleeding incidence was 6%，the incidence of catheter related infections by 2%，Mechanical phlebitis incidence of 6%，Catheter obstruction rate was 4%，Other complications was 2% ；in the observation group，the total incidence of complications was 6%，which the puncture bleeding incidence was 2%，Mechanical phlebitis incidence by 2%，other complications was 2%， Catheter related infections and Catheter obstruction has not been found .Obviously ，the control group complication rates is higher than the observation group， there are statistical significance difference between two groups （P 0， 05）.Conclusion ：Applying QCC activity to quality management of patients with PICC can reduce the incidence of complications. 　　Keywords： QCC activity； PICC complications ； Effect 　　品管圈[1]起源于日本的品质管理圈
