摘要 摘要 摘 要 连锁企业的配送中心是伴随着商品大流通而发展出来的，降低物流成本，加 快配送速度，提高运营效率是其必然追求。然而目前我国连锁企业配送中心的运 营成本居高不下，作业效率普遍偏低。基于这个原因，本文从配送中心的产生开 始，简要介绍了现代配送中心的分类和功能，以及国内外对配送中心作业的研究 现状，指出我国目前连锁配送中心存在的不足。结合全面质量管理的工具和方法， 对 BF 配送中心的作业现状进行了分析。 随后，在对 BF 配送中心各项作业分析的基础上，运用工作研究方法，对收 货作业环节的作业程序进行了评价和改进；运用控制图对收货作业的效率进行了 测量、分析、控制、改进。对取货作业中“不增值的行走距离”进行了改进，以期 缩短取货路程，提高作业效率；对取货差错率运用控制图进行了测量、改进。对 劳动强度最大的搬运作业程序中不经济、不合理的环节，运用“ECRS”原则进行 了改进。 最后，对配送中心的所有作业，实施全面质量管理。 关键词：全面质量管理；工作研究方法；控制图；作业改进 Ab Abstract Operations Research of BF Distribution Center in TQMs Vision Abstract The Distribution Center of franchise enterprise emerges from the large amount of commodity circulation, the target of DC is to reduce the cost of logistic and improve the distribution speed. But in Chinese franchise enterprise, the operation cost of DC always keeps high, and the efficiency of DC is quite low. Based on this fact, from the emerge of DC, this article mainly introduces the different types and function of modern distribution center, current research status for the operation of DC in China and abroad, and point out the shortage of current franchise DC in China. With comprehensive tools and methods of quality management, this article analyzes the current operation status of BF DC. Subsequently, based on the analysis of each operation of BF DC, with the research of current work, this article assesses and improves the program of receiving goods; with control diagram, this article measure, analyze, control and improve the receiving operation efficiency. The improvement of “No increment for walking route” in picking goods is to decrease picking route, and improve operation efficiency; the usage of control diagram measure and improve picking goods error ratio. With “ECRS” theory， this article improves the uneconomical or unreasonable section in handling operation program which is labor intensive.
