三峡大学硕士学位论文 三 峡 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 PAGE IV万方数据 PAGE IV 万方数据 Abstract Objective This retrospective study is aimed at evaluating the prognostic significance of Tc17 cells and Th17 cells in perpatientsthe peripheral blood and pleural effusion in patients with TPE and MPE. Methods The frequency of IL-17+CD4+ Th17 and IL-17+CD8+ Tc17 cells in peripheral blood (PB), pleural fluids (PF), and tumor tissues in TPE and MPE patients 、 health donors undergoing thoracoscopy was determined by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA. The association among the different measures was analyzed in Spearman’s correlation tests. Results (1) The percentages of PF Th17 and Tc17 cells were significantly higher than that in the PB of TPE patients. (2) The expression of PB Th17 and Tc17 cells in TPE patients was higher than patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and healthy donors . (3) After treatment the expression of PB Th17 and Tc17 cells was decreased than before . (4) The percentages of PF Th17 and Tc17 cells were significantly higher than that in the PB of MPE patients and healthy controls . (5) IL-17A+ cells in the tumor tissues indicated that the percentages of Th17 and Tc17 cells in the invading tumor edge were significantly higher than that in the non-tumor tissues and intra-tumor regions . (6) The percentages of IL-17+ T cells in malignant pleural effusion were associated with a prolonger survival of patients with MPE. Conclusion Both Th17 and Tc17 cells were involved in the tumor and tuberculosis immunity of TPE and MPE ,and they were associated with the prognosis of the disease ,it has significance for clinical medicine and curative effect observation of patients.
