流浪精神病患者智力特点及影响因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨流浪精神病患者的智力特点及影响因素，为临床提供一定借鉴。 方法 回顾性分析本院在2015年4月～2017年4月间从各地救助站接收的60例流浪精神病患者的病历资料，所有患者均经韦氏成人智力测验测定智力符合精神障碍诊断与DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准。统计分析本组60例患者的首次流浪年龄、流浪时间、性别以及文化程度等资料，并采用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。 结果 本组60例患者中，男性的总智商评分为（66.82±17.91）分，明显高于女性的（61.84±12.98）分，组间差异显著（P0.05）。流浪精神病患者的智力与其受教育水平、首次流浪年龄呈现出较明显的正相关，与被救助次数以及流浪时间呈现出较明显的负相关。 结论 对于流浪精神病患者来说，因其具备一定的特殊性，所以社会相关部门还应针对这一群体积极采取有效的措施，如建立特殊教育学校以及建立患者档案等，帮助患者减轻心理压力，改善生活质量，减少家庭负担。 　　[关键词] 精神病；影响因素；流浪；智力特点；分析研究 　　[中图分类号] R749 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）31-0075-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the intelligence characteristics and influencing factors of wandering psychosis patients， and to provide some references for clinical practice. Methods Medical data of 60 wandering psychiatric patients who were admitted to our hospital from the rescue station in different regions from April 2015 to April 2017 were retrospectively analzyed. All patients were given the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Test for determining intelligence and the diagnosis of mental disorder and DSM-Ⅳ diagnostic criteria were met. The first wandering age， wandering time， gender， education and other information were statistically analyzed in 60 patients in this group， and SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Among the 60 patients， the total intelligence score in males was（66.82±17.91）， significantly higher than that of （61.84±12.98） in females， the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）. There was a significant positive correlation between the intelligence of the patients and their educational level and the first wandering age， and the intelligence was significantly negatively correlated with the number of times of being rescued and the wandering time.
