Methods: Patients undergoing elective surgery 80 cases (age 20-55) are selected and are divided into two levels, class I-II, by ASA. The body mass index from 18 to 29 kg/m2. The patients are randomly divided into four groups, each having 20 cases, and all are infused ringers lactate solution 8 ml/kg of p ure oxygen mask, the static note 0.05 mg/kg midazolam before induction. D1 group using dezocine 0.10 mg/kg propofol 2 mg/kg, suitable library o benzene sulfonic acid amine is 0.15 mg/kg induction; D2 group using dezocine 0.15 mg/kg; D3 group using dezocine 0.20 mg/kg, 2 mg/kg propofol, shun library o benzene sulfonic acid amine induced, 0.15 mg/kg group F with fentanyl in patients with ug/kg, 3.00 2 mg/kg propofol, shun benzene sulfonic acid induced library amine is 0.15 mg/kg. When the BIS values of the four groups falled below 60 and the muscle relaxes completely, all the patients were performed the endotracheal intubation. All the cases were operated by a same one who successfully finished intubation within 15s.
