And it also attaches great importance to the recruitment process of the regular distributors’ shopping guide, which refers to the cornerstone of the regular distributor’s operation and the company’s development. Under the guidance of Person-Organization Fit, PEAK adjusted and optimized the recruitment work, and realizing the lowing turnover rate and the high stability. This paper based on the applied research of the recruitment change in PEAK, a developing firm, under the guidance of Person-Organization Fit. This research used the methods of documentary, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics. And also take the management trainee program, regular distributors’ shopping guide recruitment as the specific examples. The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference to the recruitment research in the developing firms, especially in the sport field; to provide reference value for the adjustment and optimization of recruitment; to better maintain the firm’s vitality and competitive.
