I I 中学初任教师威信缺失及构建路径研究 ——基于安徽省淮北市三所学校的调查 摘 要:教师威信是指教师在学生心目中树立的威望和信誉,是一种强大 的精神感召力量。教师威信实质上反应了一种良好的师生关系,是教师成功地扮 演教师角色、顺利完成教育使命的重要条件。初任教师作为学校的新生力量和未 来的主力军,树立起教师威信就显得尤为重要,不但能促进教师的专业发展,同 时也有利于和谐师生关系的建立。本研究主要针对中学初任教师如何有效地构建 教师威信这一主题进行论述的。 本研究综合运用定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法,在文献梳理与占有的基 础上,选取安徽省淮北市实验学校、淮北市实验高级中学和淮北市第一中学作为 调查对象,通过解析这三所学校中初任教师威信现状问题及成因,探索中学初任 教师构建威信的有效路径。 调查显示,中学初任教师威信普遍缺失,主要表现为:初任教师普遍教学效 能感低;师生界限模糊。而造成这一现状的主要原因在于:初任教师有效教学技 能的欠缺、临场应变能力的匮乏以及教师威信观的浅薄。基于此,有针对性地从 初任教师的知识结构、教学技能、教育机智、教育观念及教态方面提出相应的构 建策略,以期对初任教师威信及良好师生关系的构建起到一定的指导意义。 关键词:中学初任教师;威信;缺失;构建 II II Research on the Lack and the Establishment of the Novice Teachers’ Prestige in Middle School ——Based on the three schools investigation of Huaibei in Anhui province Abstract:The prestige of teacher means the reputation that teachers cause in students’ minds, which is a great power of inspiration. The prestige of teacher actually reflects a harmonious teacher-student relationship. It has the important function that helps teachers to play their role and accomplish the mission of educating students successfully. Being the new blood of school, it is significant for the novice teacher to establish their prestige. It can promote the novice teachers’ professional development. Meanwhile, it also has the important impact on the relationship between teachers and students. This study mainly aims at how to effectively establish the prestige of novice teachers in middle schools. Based on the literature review and data collection, the study used the methods of qualitative research and quantitative research. By investigating the status of the prestige of novice teachers in three middle schools of Huaibei in Anhui province and analyzing the reasons, the study tries to explore the effective measures for the novice teachers in middle schools to establish their prestige. The study found out that most novice teachers are lack of prestige. It mainly embodied in the following two aspects: most of them are lack of the sense of teaching efficacy,
