Methods: We collect 644 cases of pregnant women with uterine myomas in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in general hospital of Ningxia medical university between January 2003 and December 2012, based on their causes of hospitalization and pregnancy outcome to divided into six categories, to explore how to treat with myomas, and the relationship between the size and parts of the myomas and period of pregnancy and childbirth complications. And to find the optimal treatment of myomas during cesarean section after to compared with the patients who did not have uterine myomas and be in the same hospital in the same period. Results: Of all the 644 cases of pregnant women with uterine myomas, 26 cases by spontaneous delivery, 588 cases terminate pregnancies by cesarean section, 15 cases embryos stop growing or spontaneous abortion (inside 6 cases are spontaneous abortion), 4 cases have symptomatic red degeneration during the gestational period, 3 cases is because of threatened abortion admitted the tocolytic therapy.
