局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗后辅助化疗疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：调查研究对局部晚期鼻咽癌患者进行同期放化疗后的辅助化疗的临床疗效及应用价值。方法：选取在笔者所在医院进行局部晚期鼻咽癌治疗的患者100例，根据患者的治疗方法不同将其分为两组，放化疗组（A组）50例，对本组患者单纯使用同期放化疗；同期放化疗+辅助化疗组（B组）50例，对本组患者采用同期放化疗后辅助化疗的方法。观察两组患者治疗后的相关状况，加以对比研究。结果：A组患者发生白细胞减少、皮肤反应、恶心呕吐及贫血等不良反应的几率明显低于B组，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；B组患者5年生存率显著高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对局部晚期鼻咽癌患者采取同期放化疗的同时进行辅助化疗，能够有效提高患者的5年生存率，使治疗效果更加有效，并具有非常重要的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】 局部； 晚期鼻咽癌； 辅助化疗 　　中图分类号 R739.6 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）12-0005-02 　　Effects of Adjuvant Chemotherapy on Locally Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma after Periodic Radiotherapy/GAO Tian-sheng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（12）：5-6 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore and study the effect and clinical value of adjuvant chemotherapy on locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma after the periodic radiotherapy.Method：100 cases with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were randomly chosen and divided into two groups by therapeutic methods：chemoradiotherapy group（A group，n=50），patients were treated with radiotherapy，combined group（B group，n=50），patients were treated with adjuvant chemotherapy after radiotherapy，concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapygroup+ adjuvant chemotherapy group.Then the status of two groups after treatment were observed，with comparations and studies.Result：A group of patients with neutropenia，occurring skin reactions，nausea，vomiting，and anemia risk of adverse reactions were significantly lower than combined group，and the difference was significant，it had statistically significant（P0.05）；B group of five-year survival of rate was significantly higher than A group，the difference was significant，it had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Taken at the same time concurrent chemoradiotherapy for adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma，can effectively improve the five year survival rate of patients ，make more effective treatment，it has very important value in clinical application. 　　【Key words】 L
