It’s an urgent need to improve the technology level of production which leads to the transformation of the mode of production in our country. For developing countries ,at present, in order to improve the production technology level , there are two basic ways: first is independent innovation, followed by the introduction of advanced technology from outside to absorption and innovation, Most developing countries chose the latter, a growing number of emerging economies through outward foreign direct investment (ofdi) reverse technology overflow to realize own technological progress, at the same time more and more scholars study of outward foreign direct investment problems. In this paper, we study the motherland enterprises absorptive capacity of technology spillovers from outward foreign direct investment through the view of technology progress caused the mother country, through drawing lessons from the research 山西师 山西师范大学学位论文 achievements of predecessors and my own research, I analyzed the main factors affecting reverse technology overflow of absorptive capacity.
