微波联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗45例宫颈糜烂临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究与分析微波联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 选取2012年10月―2014年10月该院收治的宫颈糜烂患者90例，随机分为对照组和试验组，各45例。对照组仅给予微波治疗，试验组在其基础上加用西瓜霜喷剂治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、阴道出血量及阴道排液时间。 结果 试验组与对照组总有效率相比差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.35，P0.05）。试验组与对照组阴道出血量与阴道排液时间相比，差异有统计学意义（t=3.56，P0.05；t=3.11，P0.05）。 结论 微波联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效显著，明显减少阴道出血量，缩短阴道排液时间，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 微波治疗；西瓜霜喷剂；宫颈糜烂；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R725 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（a）-0122-02 　　Microwave joint watermelon frost spray treatment of 45 cases of the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical erosion 　　XU Chao 　　Jilin province fo dian city maternal and child health care，Jilin 132400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective to explore and analyze the microwave joint watermelon frost spray treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical erosion.
