Abst Abstract III III Abstract This article is mainly focus on the present situation of YBC in Quanzhou and the countermeasures of how to expand it. The goals are to improve the project application rate, to promote the local entrepreneurial atmosphere , build a new youth entrepreneurship environment, try to create more employment opportunities for local people through encouraging the youth to start their own bussiness. Through literature research and field survey , quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, also comparison and induction, finally the typical case study, the article analysis the support pattern of YBC, find out our own existence shortage , the difficulty of the development and the innovation points of Quanzhou. Combined with the excellent experience from the domestic and overseas,we analysis the key point and three mechanisms that need to set up for YBC to improve and innovate both in external and internal environment . YBC in Quanzhou try to be the most professional, efficient, and the the most powerful public interest brand project that support the entrepreneurship.
