It will make great difference to improve the level of urban environmental sanitation, implement the basic national policy of environmental protection, promote the establishment of a harmonious society, maintain a sustainable socio-economic development, save the energy and improve the quality of life of the people. During the Eleventh Five-Year period, China has introduced a number of related policies and regulations to promote the development of sanitation cause. But so far, there is no mature and improved evaluation model of supply and demand level for the environmental health. The author carried out the masters thesis based on participated in some projects,such as the environmental sanitation specialized plan of Xinxiang, Yangzhong etc. and the comprehensive evaluation of environmental sanitation project of Sanya City ,By the method of Literature research, field research, Analytic Hierarchy Process modeling and engineering case studies,the author establish the environmental sanitation supply and demand level evaluation model And apply the results in the Xinxiang city environmental sanitation specialized plan and the comprehensive evaluation of environmental sanitation project of Sanya City, The main results and conclusions are as follows: The evaluation model research of sanitation supply and demand level: the model indicators were determined according to the development planning objectives of related environmental sanitation industry, the industrial policy, and the setting standards and requirements
