慢性鼻窦炎中西医结合治疗疗效和生活质量临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察中西医结合治疗在慢性鼻窦炎患者中的临床应用效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法：随机选取2014年6月-2015年6月本院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者200例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组。对照组98例实施西医治疗，治疗组102例实施中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果：治疗组治疗有效率（96.08%）显著高于对照组（87.76%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组并发症发生率（4.90%）显著低于对照组（13.27%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组生活质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗可显著降低慢性鼻窦炎患者并发症发生率，提高临床疗效，进而有助于提高患者的生活质量，具有重要的临床推广及应用价值。 　　【关键词】 慢性鼻?]炎； 中西医结合； 疗效； 生活质量 　　Clinical Study on the Curative Effect and Quality of Life of Chronic Sinusitis Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine/YE Shang-zhu.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（02）：075-078 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical application effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and its influence on the quality of life of patients with chronic sinusitis.Method：A total of 200 cases of chronic sinusitis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given Western medicine treatment，the treatment group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The clinical effect，complication rate and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result：The effective rate of the treatment group（96.08%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（87.76%），and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of complications（4.90%） of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（13.27%），and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The quality of life of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The integrated of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of complications of chronic sinusitis，improve the clinical efficacy，and help to improve the quality
