探讨门诊预约诊疗服务中使用品管圈临床效果
[摘要] 目的 评价品管圈应用于门诊预约诊疗服务中的临床应用效果。 方法 本实验样本选择我院门诊接收的188例患者,以2015年5月~2016年5月为样本选取时间段,此阶段实施品管圈管理,此组患者设为实验组,而另选取门诊接收的188例患者,以2014年2月~2015年2月为样本选取时间段,此阶段实施常规管理,此组患者设为对照组,对两组患者门诊预约诊疗服务质量进行比照和评价。 结果 相比照于对照组,实验组患者的预约选择率(77.13%VS37.77%)提升较为明显,同时医务工作人员问题解决能力评分、沟通配合评分、责任感与积极感评分、和谐程度评分及凝聚力评分均得以明显提升,门诊服务满意度得以显著提升,两组以上比照数据经统计学软件检验分析,均得出P0.05的检验结果,具有统计学意义。 结论 品管圈应用于门诊预约诊疗服务中获得满意的临床效果,可提升预约选择率,提升管理水平和医务人员的工作能力,提升门诊预约诊疗服务质量,该方法值得应用和推广。

[Absract] Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of quality control circle in outpatient appointment service. Methods 188 cases of patients in outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the study object.The time period was May 2015 to May 2016.During the period,the quality control circle was carried on.The patients were as experimental group.In addition,188 patients receiving outpatient service from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected.At this stage,routine management was adopted,and the patients in this group were treated as the control group.The quality of outpatient appointment and treatment service of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results Compared with control group,the appointment rate (77.13% VS 37.77%)of patients in the experimental group was significantly improved.At the same time,medical staff problem-solving ability,communication score,sense of responsibility and positive score,harmony score and cohesion score were significantly improved.Satisfaction with outpatient service was significantly improved.By statistical software testing, analysis,test results were P0.05,there was statistical significance.
