普外科手术切口感染主要原因及对策 　　摘要：目的 重复使用的器械在手术室自行处理，手术室清洗槽不够，清洁区污染区不分，人员未经过专业培训。手术室不具备自行处理重复使用后器械，客观上存在感染因素，针对主要原因，采取手术室供应室一体化管理，取得明显效果。 分析普外科手术切口感染原因，采取有效的干预措施，降底感染率。方法 向一把手汇报引起感染主要原因，采取多科联动，重复使用器械由消毒供应中心集中处理，器械清洗质量、包装质量、灭菌质量得到保证，普外科手术切口感染率下降。采用综合干预措施，针对存在感染可能的各个环节。结果 影响普外科切口感染的主要原因是手术室自行处置使用后的器械，复用器械处理不规范，存在感染隐患，通过手术室供应室一体化管理，普外科手术切口感染率降低。结论 手术室供应室一体化管理是降低普外科切口感染的主要原因。综合干预措施对降低普外科的切口感染是有效的。 　　关键词：切口感染；手术室供应室一体化管理；综合干预措施 　　Main Reasons and Countermeasures of Surgical Incision Infection in Department of General Surgery 　　XUE Min 　　（Department of Infection Management，Suining County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine，Xuzhou 221200，Jiangsu，China） 　　Abstract：Objective The repeated use of apparatus in the operating room to handle， the operating room cleaning tank is not enough， the clean area pollution area regardless of， personnel without professional training.
