比较常规超声与超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断价值 　　【摘 要】目的：观察比较常规超声（US）与超声弹性成像（UE）对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断价值。方法：选取本院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者120例作为研究对象，按照检查方法分为两组，每组各60例，分别采用常规超声方式和超声弹性成像方式进行检查，以病理检查结果为标准，回顾性比较分析两种检查方法诊断结果的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果：在95个良性肿瘤中，US正确诊断85个，UE正确诊断88个；在51个恶性肿瘤中，US正确诊断45个，UE正确诊断49个；US诊断恶性肿瘤敏感性为88.24%（45/51），特异性为89.47%（85/95），准确性为89.04%（130/146）；UE诊断恶性肿瘤敏感性为96.08%（49/51），特异性为92.63%（88/95），准确性为93.84%（137/146）；UE的诊断准确性明显高于US（P0.05）。结论：与常规超声相比较，超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断具有较高的准确性和临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】常规超声；超声弹性成像；乳腺肿瘤；诊断价值 　　Abstract Objective： To observe the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound （US） and ultrasound elastography （UE） in the differential diagnosis of benign breast tumors. Methods select 120 cases of breasttumour patients admitted in our hospital as the research object， according to the checking method is divided into two groups， each group of 60 cases， adopt the way of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging methods for inspection， on the basis of pathologic examination results， retrospective comparative analysis of two methods of inspection sensitivity， specificity and accuracy of diagnosis. Results in 95 benign tumors， US correctly diagnosed 85， and UE correctly diagnosed 88. In 51 malignant tumors， US correctly diagnosed 45， and UE correctly diagnosed 49. The sensitivity of US in diagnosing malignant tumor was 88.24% （45/51）， and the specificity was 89.47% （85/95）， and the accuracy was 89.04% （130/146）. The sensitivity of the diagnosis of malignant tumor was 96.08% （49/51）， and the specificity was 92.63% （88/95）， and the accuracy was 93.84% （137/146）. The accuracy of UE was significantly higher than that of US （P0.05）.
