桃红四物汤及五苓散对跟骨骨折患者围手术期切口愈合影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并探讨桃红四物汤、五苓散对跟骨骨折患者围手术期切口愈合的影响。方法：于2014年1月-2016年9月，将在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的100例跟骨骨折患者纳入研究，采取计算机数字随机法将患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组50例患者围手术期采用甘露醇、七叶皂甙钠治疗，观察组50例患者采用桃红四物汤、五苓散治??，比较两组患者的术后疼痛评分、肿胀评分、皮肤皱褶出现时间、切口愈合时间、切口愈合效果、不良反应发生情况。结果：术后第3天、第7天，观察组的疼痛评分、肿胀评分均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。相比于对照组，观察组的皮肤皱褶出现时间、切口愈合时间均明显缩短（P0.05）。观察组的切口甲级愈合率明显高于对照组（P0.05），其切口丙级愈合率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。治疗期间，两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论：在跟骨骨折患者围手术期采用桃红四物汤、五苓散治疗，可有效促进患者切口愈合，减轻术后肢体疼痛、肿胀情况，有利于促进其术后恢复，改善预后。 　　【关键词】 跟骨骨折； 桃红四物汤； 五苓散； 切口愈合 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2017.28.005 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）28-0009-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To study and discuss the effect of Taohongsiwu Decoction and Five Poria Powder on incision healing in patients with calcaneal fracture during perioperative period. Method： From January 2014 to September 2016，100 cases of calcaneal surgery in the author，s hospital were included in the study of fracture，according to computer digital random method were divided into control group and observation group，50 cases in the control group with Mannitol and Aescin during the perioperative period of the treatment，the observation group of 50 patients with Taohongsiwu Decoction and Five Poria Powder for treatment，the postoperative pain score，swelling score，skin folds time，incision healing time，incidence of wound healing，adverse reaction of two groups patients were compared.Result：After 3 days and 7 days，the pain scores and swelling scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.Compared with the control group，the time of skin fold and healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter（P0.05）.The observation group wound healing rate was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05），the incision healing rate of C was significantly lower than the control group （P0.05）.During the treatment，there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion：The use of Taohongsiwu Decoction and Five Poria Powder in the treatment of calc
