深化细节与安全管理护理对眼底病患者生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探究深化细节与安全管理护理对眼底病患者生活质量的影响效果。方法 方便选取2014年1月―2016年12月该院收治的100例眼底病患者作为研究对象，知情同意后随机分为研究组和参照组，各50例。参照组予以常规护理干预，研究组在常规护理基础上辅助细节与安全管理护理，比较两组患者护理后生活质量的情况。结果 参照组患者在护理后的社会功能、情感功能及躯体功能评分分别为（81.23±12.37）分、（73.59±10.58）分、（75.68±10.97）分；研究组患者在护理后的社会功能、情感功能及躯体功能评分分别为（94.65±15.82）分、（87.61±12.38）分、（89.75±11.26）分，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 深化细节与安全管理护理对眼底病患者的应用效果显著，加强了护理工作，使得护理工作更加精细化、实际化、人性化，对眼底病的相关护理安全问题加以预防，明显提升了患者的生活质量，值得在眼底病患者中大力推广使用。 　　[关键词] 眼底病；细节；安全管理护理；生活质量；常规护理 　　[中图分类号] R581 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（c）-0169-03 　　Effect of Details Deepening and Safety Management Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients with Fundus Disease 　　LI Hong-ying 　　Heze Municiple Hospital of Shandong， Heze，Shandong Province， 274000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of details deepening and safety management nursing on the quality of life of patients with fundus disease. Methods 100 cases of patients with fundus disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each with the consent of them， the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention， while the research group adopted the details deepening and safety management nursing on the basis of the control group， and the quality of life of the two groups after nursing was compared. Results The social function， emotional function and somatic function score in the control group and in the research group were respectively （81.23±12.37）points、（73.59±10.58）points、（75.68±10.97）points and （94.65±15.82）points、（87.61±12.38）points、（89.75±11.26）points， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of details deepening and safety management nursing on the quality of life of patients with fundus disease is obvious， which can enhance the nursing work thus making it fine， practical and humanistic， promote the prevention
