Methods The primers were designed according to the specific sequence(AY123624.1, AY629236)of BT 11, and then the LAMP reaction system was established. The specificity, sensitivity and stability of the system were analyzed. Results The primers in this research specifically detected the BT 11. The detection sensitivity was up to 0.5%, and the precision of the experimental analysis was proved to be of high stability.
