生命伦理视域下医德教育创新研究 　　摘 要：以生命伦理教育为导向进行医德教育创新，有利于提升医学生素质，改善医患关系，进行医学教育的自我纠偏。为了形成生命伦理教育与医德教育的良性互动，在理论创新方面，要注重生命属性的完整把握、重智轻德的系统纠偏、技术医学的适度超越、交往理念的合理界定、哲学范式的重大转型等问题；在实践创新方面，要挖掘生命伦理教育的资源、树立生命尊严的新核心理念、探索生命伦理教育的新样态、重视生命伦理教育的隐性资源等。 　　关键词：生命伦理；医德教育；医患关系；生命尊严；隐性资源 　　中图分类号：B82-05 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1671-1254（2016）03-0009-06 　　The Innovation Studies of the Medical Morality 　　Education Based on Life Ethics 　　HUANG Chenghua 　　（Department of Social Sciences， Guangdong Medical University， Dongguan 523808， Guangdong， China） 　　Abstract：We should carry out the medical morality educational innovation guided by the life ethics education in that it is useful to improve the quality of the medical students， improve the doctor-patient relationship， and make self correction in medical education. In order to form a good interaction between life ethics education and medical morality education in terms of theoretical innovation， we should take a complete grasp about the characteristics of the life， change systematically the phenomenon of emphasizing wisdom and despising morality， transcend moderately the technological medical， define the notion of communication， take the major change in the philosophical paradigm， and the like. In terms of practical innovation， we should explore the resources of the life ethics education， set the new core ideas of life dignity， explore the new forms of the life ethics education， and emphasize the recessive resources of the life ethics education. 　　Keywords：the life ethics； medical morality education； doctor-patient relationship； life dignity； recessive resources 　　以生命伦理教育为导向进行医德教育创新，其本质是对医生的职责、医德教育的功能重新定位。“生命伦理学是19世纪后期发轫于德国而后盛行于法国的一股现代伦理学思潮，与意志主义伦理学和存在主义伦理学并称为现代西方人本主义伦理学发展的‘三部曲’。”[1]医学院校的学生毕业后无论是从事临床还是非临床，无论是医疗还是科研，都与生命发生着直接或间接的联系。医学生有无生命意识、生命意识强弱等会直接影响到病人的生命质量和幸福指数。而以生命伦理教育为导向，创新医德教育的发展，有利于增强医学生的生命意识，树立拯救生命、敬畏生命、善待生命的意识，能够扩大医德教育的内涵，提升医德教育的层次。 　　一、医德教育创新应以生命伦理教育为导向 　　（一）提升医学生素质的需要 　　医学事业是一种人道主义事业，历来就对医学从业人员寄予了较高的道德期望值。从生命角度而言，医德教育的重要性不言而喻。“医乃仁术”“仁心仁术”“技术精湛，医
