温灸包热熨预防宫颈癌同步放化疗患者放射性直肠炎临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨温灸包热熨在预防宫颈癌同步放化疗患者放射性直肠炎中临床效果。 方法 选取2014年12月～2015年3月60例Ⅱb～Ⅳa期宫颈癌同步放化疗患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，各30例。观察组患者在同步放化疗期间同时进行神阙穴温灸包热熨治疗，每日1次，至治疗结束；对照组在同步放化疗期间不应用温灸包热熨，观察两组患者放射性直肠炎的发生情况。 结果 观察组放射性直肠炎的发生率低于对照组，发生时间较对照组迟，发生3 级以上直肠炎的患者明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 温灸包热熨能降低放射性直肠炎的发生率，减轻直肠的放射性损伤 。 　　[关键词] 温灸包；宫颈癌；同步放化疗；放射性直肠炎 　　[中图分类号] R737.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）34-0067-04 　　Clinical observation of effect of warm moxibustion heat in treatment of preventing radiation proctitis on concurrent chemoradiotherapy patients 　　DAI Junjun ZHANG Meiying WANG Chunlan FANG Ying PAN Zhen PAN Minfang 　　Department of Gynecological Radiotherapy， Zhejiang Cancer Hospital， Hangzhou 310022， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warm moxibustion heat at preventing radiation proctitis for the patients with cervical cancer who were given concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods All 60 cases of Ⅱb-Ⅳa patients were studied from December 2014 to March 2015 for concurrent chemoradiotherapy warm moxibustion treatment， they were divided into observation group and control group， each of 30 cases. The observation group used Shenque Acupoint treatment combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy， one time per day till end of treatment， while the control group was only given concurrent chemoradiotherapy for treatment， the occurrence of radiation proctitis in two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of radiation proctitis was lower in observation group than control group， so did the occurring time， the patients in observation group who had above 3r grade proctitis were significantly less than control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
