电子鼻咽镜联合泪道探通治疗婴幼儿先天性鼻泪管阻塞临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 分析应用电子鼻咽镜联合泪道探通治疗婴幼儿先天性鼻泪管阻塞的临床效果。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年3月我院收治的100例先天性鼻泪管阻塞的患儿作为研究对象，采用随机（单双日）分组方式，将50例接受电子鼻咽镜联合泪道探通治疗的先天性鼻泪管阻塞患儿作为治疗组，将采用传统方式进行治疗的50例同类型疾病患儿作为对照组。观察两组患儿的治疗情况、并发症情况，评价不同方案的临床治疗效率。结果 治疗组探通有效率为98%，效果优于对照组的92%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 电子鼻咽镜与泪道探通联合方案治疗先天性鼻泪管阻塞患儿疗效显著、安全，具有较高的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词]先天性鼻泪管阻塞；电子鼻咽镜；婴幼儿；泪道探通 　　[中图分类号] R765.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）07（b）-0120-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of applying electronic nasopharyngoscope combined with lacrimal duct probing in the treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction in infants.Methods From January 2015 to March 2016，100 infants with congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.According to single or double day，they were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random.In the treatment group，electronic nasopharyngoscope combined with lacrimal duct probing was used，while in the control group，traditional way was applied to treat congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction.The treatment condition，complications and clinical therapeutic effective rate by different regimens were observed.Results In the treatment group，the effective rate of successful probing was 98%，while the rate was 92% in the control group，which were displayed statistical differences after inter-group comparisons （P0.05）.In addition，the occurrence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group，with a statistical difference after inter-group comparison （P0.05）.Conclusion Therapeutic regimen of electronic nasopharyngoscope combined with lacrimal duct probing in the treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction in infants is safe in process and remarkable in effect，therefore it has a higher clinical application and promotion value. 　　[Key words]Congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction；Electronic nasopharyngoscope；Infant；Lacri
