研究循证护理在股骨粗隆间骨折患者护理中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨对股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行循证护理的临床应用价值。方法：于本院2013年10月-2016年12月收治的众多股骨粗隆间骨折患者中随机抽取70例作为本次研究对象，并将其按不同护理方案分为两组（常规护理组和循证护理组）进行区别性护理，每组各35例。常规护理组采用常规方式对患者进行护理，循证护理组在此基础上对患者进行循证护理，而后由参与本次研究的医护人员就两组患者接受不同护理后的护理满意度以及并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果：循证护理组患者的护理总满意度以及并发症发生率分别为97.14%和5.71%均优于常规护理组的71.43%和22.86%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：与单一性的常规护理相比，联合循证护理与常规护理对股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行双重护理，不仅能够进一步降低其并发症发生率，并且还可有效提升患者对护理工作的满意度，强化整个治疗工作的安全有效性，临床应大力推广。 　　【关键词】 循证护理； 股骨粗隆间骨折； 应用价值 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Method：70 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects from October 2013 to December 2016，according to the different nursing methods they were divided into two groups，routine nursing group and evidence-based nursing group，35 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given conventional methods of care，evidence-based nursing group on the basis of that received evidence-based nursing.After different nursing，the nursing satisfaction and complication rate of two groups were analyzed by participating in this study the medical staff.Result：The total nursing satisfaction and complication rate of evidence-based nursing group were respectively 97.14% and 5.71%，the routine nursing group of those were respectively 71.43% and 22.86%，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the conventional nursing conclusion and single，combined with evidence-based nursing and routine nursing care of patients with double femoral intertrochanteric fracture，can not only further reduce the incidence rate of complications，but also can effectively improve the patients’ satisfaction of nursing safety，strengthen the entire treatment work，should be popularized in clinical. 　　【Key words】 Evidence-based nursing； Intertrochanteric fracture； Application value 　　First-author’s address：Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospi
