紧张型头痛患者中医心理紊乱状态与中医证候相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中医心理紊乱状态与紧张型头痛（TTH）中医证侯的相关性。方法 临床观察236例紧张型头痛伴中医心理紊乱状态患者，采用结构式问卷收集资料，建立数据库，探讨TTH中医心理紊乱状态与中医证候的相关性。结果 存在思虑过度状态的患者，中医证候以风痰候和风瘀候为主；存在郁闷不舒状态的患者，中医证候以风痰候和风瘀候为主；存在烦躁焦虑状态的患者，中医证候以风火候为主；存在郁闷不舒+思虑过度的患者，中医证候以风痰候和风瘀候为主；存在郁闷不舒+烦躁焦虑的患者，中医证候以风痰候、风火候、风瘀候为主；存在精神萎靡状态的患者，中医证候以气血两虚候和阳虚寒凝候为主；存在惊悸不安状态的患者，中医证候以气血两虚候为主。结论 紧张型头痛患者伴中医心理紊乱状态与中医证候之间存在相关性。 　　[关键词] 紧张型头痛；中医心理紊乱状态；中医证候 　　[中图分类号] R741.041 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）10-07-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） psychological disorder status and TCM syndromes of patients with tension-type headache（TTH）. Methods 236 patients with TTH complicated by TCM psychological disorder status were observed clinically. The structured questionnaire was used to collect information and the database was established. The correlation between the TTH TCM psychological disorder status and TCM syndromes was investigated. Results For the patients with excessive worry， the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm and wind stasis； For the patientss with depression and discomfort， the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm and wind stasis； For the patient with agitation and anxiety， the TCM syndromes were mainly wind heat； For the patients with depression and discomfort+excessive worry， the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm and wind stasis； For the patients with depression and discomfort+agitation and anxiety， the TCM syndromes were mainly wind phlegm， wind heat and wind stasis； For the patients with drooping spirits， the TCM syndromes were mainly qi-blood deficiency， yang deficiency and congealing cold； For the patients with palpitation and uneasiness， the TCM syndromes were mainly qi-blood deficiency. Conclusion For the patients with TTH， the TCM psychological disorder status and the TCM syndromes are correlated. 　　[Key words] Tension-type headache；Traditional Chinese medicine psychological disorder status；Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome
