胫骨高位截骨术和腓骨近端截骨术在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效方面Meta分析 　　[摘要] 目的 采用Meta分析的方法对临床上使用胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的方案进行分析，并评价其各自临床效果，为治疗膝关节骨性关节炎提供新的理论依据。 方法 利用PubMed数据库、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方全文数据库等，检索 2011～2016年国内、外发表的胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的相关随机和半随机对照文献，应用Rev Man 5.3对数据进行Meta分析。 结果 共纳入文献3篇，135例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，各研究结果间存在同质性（P=0.710.05），Meta分析结果?@示胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的优良率方面无明显临床效果差异[OR=0.59，95%CI（0.19，1.91），P0.05]。结论 胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎进行术后随访，发现临床效果无明显差异。 　　[关键词] 胫骨高位截骨；腓骨近端截骨；膝关节骨性关节炎；Meta分析 　　[中图分类号] R684.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）27-0065-04 　　Meta-analysis on the efficacy of high tibial osteotomy and proximal fibular osteotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis 　　YU Guoxing1 MA Yubo2 LI Yanyan3 　　1.Mudanjiang Medical University， Mudanjiang 157001， China； 2.No.2 Department of Orthopedics， Affiliated Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University， Mudanjiang 157001， China； 3.Department of Neurology， Mudanjiang Second Peoples Hospital， Mudanjiang 157001， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical use of high tibial osteotomy and proximal fibular osteotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Meta-analysis， and to evaluate their respective clinical effects， in a bid to provide new theoretical basis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
