背部按摩对老年急性髓细胞白血病患者化疗相关性疲劳和焦虑影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨背部按摩对老年急性髓细胞白血病患者化疗相关性疲劳和焦虑的影响。 方法 选取2014年6月～2015年6月在本院接受化疗的64例老年急性髓细胞白血病患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各32例。观察组在化疗期间实施规律的背部按摩，对照组实施常规护理，比较两组干预前后的焦虑和疲劳情况。 结果 观察组化疗过程中的STAI评分呈下降趋势，对照组呈上升趋势。观察组化疗结束时和化疗后第2天的STAI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组化疗结束时及化疗后第2天的BFI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 背部按摩可在一定程度上缓解老年急性髓细胞白血病患者化疗期间的疲劳和焦虑状态，在临床护理工作中可指导陪护人员依据患者的具体病情有针对性地实施背部按摩，以改善患者化疗期间的身心状态。 　　[关键词] 老年患者；急性髓细胞白血病；化疗相关性疲劳；焦虑；背部按摩 　　[中图分类号] R551.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（b）-0148-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of back massage on the fatigue and anxiety state related with chemotherapy of the old acute myelogenous leukemia （AML） patients. Methods 64 old patients with AML accepted chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，32 patients in each group.The observation group was given regular back massage during chemotherapy，the control group was given routine nursing.The condition of anxiety and fatigue before and after intervention in the two groups was compared. Results the score of STAI in the observation group tended to decrease，while the control group tended to increase.At the end of chemotherapy and the second day after chemotherapy，the score of STAI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.At the end of chemotherapy and the second day after chemotherapy，the score of BFI in the observation group was lower than that in the observation group，with significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Back massage can ease the fatigue and anxiety state related with chemotherapy in the old patient，in the clinical nursing，which can guide the persons who accompany the patients to implement back massage according to patients′ special condition，to improve patients′ physical and mental state during chemotherapy. 　　[Key words] Old patient；Acute myelogenous leukemia；Fatigue state related wi
