胰腺脂肪浸润与2型糖尿病相关性分析及早期干预 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2017.13.096 　　[摘要] 目的 分析胰腺脂肪浸润与2型糖尿病的相关性。 方法 在2015年1月―2016年1月沧州中西医结合医院的体检者中，选取200名体检者作为研究对象，其中胰腺脂肪浸润者100名，非胰腺脂肪浸润者100名作为对照组，分别对其2型糖尿病的相关诊断指标进行分析。 结果 符合2型糖尿病诊断标准者在胰腺脂肪浸润者中所占比例高于在非胰腺脂肪浸润者中所占比例，胰腺脂肪浸润与现阶段2型糖尿病的发病率呈正相关。结论 胰腺脂肪浸润是诊断2型糖尿病早期敏感的指标之一，体检发现胰腺脂肪浸润征象对于早期干预、预防2型糖尿病有着指导意义。 　　[关键词] 胰腺；脂肪浸润；2型糖尿病 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）07（a）-0096-02 　　Correlation Analysis and Early Intervention of Pancreatic Fat Infiltration and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 　　WANG Xue-yan1， SU Peng2 　　1.Cangzhou Central Hospital， Cangzhou， Hebei Province， 061001 China； 2.Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine， Cangzhou， Hebei Province， 061001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the correlation between pancreatic fat infiltration and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 200 cases of physical examination from January 2015 to January 2016 in this hospital were selected as the research objects， 100 cases of pancreas fatty infiltration， 100 cases without pancreas fatty infiltration as the control group， and then the relevant diagnostic index was analyzed. Results The diagnostic standard of fatty infiltration in the pancreas in type 2 diabetes was higher than those without fatty infiltration in the pancreas， the proportion of pancreas fatty infiltration was positively correlated with the incidence of type 2 diabetes. Conclusion Pancreatic fat infiltration is one of the early indicators of early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes， the pancreatic fat infiltration signs during the physical examination has a guiding significance for early intervention and prevention of type 2 diabetes. 　　[Key words] Pancreas； Fatty infiltration； Type 2 diabetes 　　随着经济的发展，人们生活水平的不断提高和生活方式的改变，内脏型肥胖的发病率越来越高，其主要形成原因是内脏的脂肪沉积。胰腺脂肪浸润作为内脏脂肪沉积的其中之一，也较多的出现。超声检查是诊断胰腺脂肪浸润较为准确和便捷的方法。现阶段，2型糖尿病的发病率也明显增高。该研究选取2015年1月―2016年1月的200名体检者为研究对象，旨在分析胰腺脂肪浸润与2型糖尿病的相关性，为2型糖尿病的早期发现与预防提供依据，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料
