胃癌生存素PCNA基因蛋白表达及其相关性分析 　　【摘要】目的：探讨胃癌组织中生存素基因蛋白表达与胃癌生物学行为及PCNA蛋白表达的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测51例胃癌组织、47例非癌胃黏膜组织中生存素和 PCNA基因蛋白的表达。结果：生存素和PCNA蛋白在胃癌组织与非癌胃黏膜组织中表达的阳性率差异有显著性（P0.05）。生存素蛋白表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、临床分期与浸润深度有关（P0.05），而PCNA蛋白表达与胃癌病理分级和淋巴结转移有关 （P0.05）。生存素表达与PCNA表达呈正相关。结论：生存素和PCNA基因蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用，二者的检测对胃癌恶性度的判定、预后和进一步治疗提供有效的依据。 　　【关键词】Survivin；PCNA；胃癌；免疫组织化学 　　文章编号：1009-5519（2008）05-0635-02 中图分类号：R73 文献标识码：A 　　Expression of survivin and PCNA in gastric carcinoma and their relationship 　　JI Chen-hua1，LIU Li-na2，LV Shen3，et al. 　　(1.Department of Emergency，Dalian Municipal Central Hospital，Liaoning 116033，China；2.The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University，Liaoning 116011，China；3.The Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University，Liaoning116027，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective：To observe the relationship between survivin expression and the biological behavior，as well as its correlation with the expression of PCNA in gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods：The expressions of survivin and PCNA were examined in 51 cases of the gastric carcinoma and 47 cases of peri-carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical SP method．Results：The positive rates of survivin and PCNA in gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than that in peri-carcinoma tissues(P0.05)．There was a significant relationship between survivin gene expression and lymph node metastases，TNM stages and the invasive depth of gastric carcinoma（P0.05）．There was a significant relationship between PCNA gene expression and pathology differentiation and lymph node metastases of gastric carcinoma（P0.05）．The expression of survivin was positively correlated with that of PCNA（P0.05）.Conclusion：Survivin and PCNA may play certain roles in the oncogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma．Detection of these gene products has positive effects on m alignancy determination，prognosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma． 　　【Key words】Survivin；COX-2；Gastric carcinoma；Immunohistochemistry 　　 　　生存素是新近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白（IAPs）成员，近年来研
