迷你临床演练评估在血液科住院医师临床能力考核中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估工具在血液科住院医师临床能力考核中的应用效果。 方法 2014～2015年应用迷你临床演练评估改良量表对在首都医科大学宣武医院血液科参加规范化培训的36名住院医师进行7个项目临床核心能力考核，并评价其应用效果。 结果 培训结束时住院医师在迷你临床演练评估的5个项目包括医疗面谈技能、体格检查技能、人文关怀、沟通技能、整体临床胜任能力中分数和合格率明显高于培训初期（P 0.05），考核教师及住院医师对迷你临床演练评估的满意度高达90%以上。 结论 采用迷你临床演练评估能全面考核住院医师临床工作能力，操作简单，兼具教学功能，值得在住院医师标准化培训中进行推广。 　　[关键词] 迷你临床演练评估；临床能力；住院医师 　　[中图分类号] G642 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（a）-0123-04 　　Application of mini-clinical evaluation exercise for assessing clinical competence of residents in the Hematology Department 　　HUI Wuhan SU Li 　　Department of Hematology， Xuanwu Hospital， Capital Medical University， Beijing 100053， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effects of mini-clinical evaluation exercise （Mini-CEX） for clinical competence evaluation among residents in the Hematology Department. Methods The modified Mini-CEX scale with seven programs was applied to evaluate clinical core competence of thirty-six residents who were standardized training in the Hematology Department of Xuanwu Hospital， Capital Medical University during the year of 2014 and 2015. Then the application effects were assessed. Results Compared with befor training， the scores and qualified rates of residents in medical interviewing skills， physical examination skills， humanistic qualities， counseling skills， overall clinical competence of Mini-CEX had significantly improved after training （P 0.05）. The satisfaction of both teachers and residents for assessments of Mini-CEX was up to 90%. Conclusion Mini-CEX can fully assess clinical competence of residents.
