阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压疗效观察 　　摘 要：目的 探讨应用阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压的临床疗效。方法 将大连市瓦房店第二医院2015年4月～2017年5月收治的60例妊娠高血压患者，随机分成观察组与对照组，每组30例。对照组单纯使用硫酸镁治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用阿司匹林，观察两组临床疗效及治疗后患者各项指标情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者治疗后血液黏度、尿氮素、尿酸及尿蛋白各项指标水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采取阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗，可以有效改善妊娠高血压症状。 　　关键词：阿司匹林；硫酸镁；妊娠高血压 　　中图分类号：R714.246 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.06.045 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）06-0133-02 　　Clinical Observation of Aspirin Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension 　　YU Ying-jiu1，LIU Jie2 　　（1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，The Second Wafangdian Hospital，Dalian 116314，Liaoning，China； 　　2.Wafangdian Maternity and Baby Hospital，Dalian 116300，Liaoning，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated in Second Wafangdian Hospital of Dalian from April 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group.30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone，while the observation group was treated with aspirin on the basis of the control group，the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the indexes of the patients after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%，which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The blood viscosity，urine nitrogen，uric acid and urine protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate can effectively improve the symptoms of pregnancy induced hypertension. 　　Key words：Aspirin；Magnesium sulfate；Pregnancy-induced hypertension 　　妊娠高血?海?pregnancy-induced
