钛夹预防肠镜下治疗消化道疾病出血临床效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的：研究钛夹在肠镜下治疗消化道疾病中预防出血的临床效果。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年1月消化道疾病患者50例，所有患者均接受肠镜下治疗，将其随机分两组。肠镜治疗组采用常规肠镜治疗，肠镜钛夹组常规肠镜治疗同时给予钛夹预防出血。比较两组患者消化道疾病治疗成功率、手术后出血发生率，治疗前和治疗后患者生存质量的差异。结果：肠镜钛夹组患者消化道疾病治疗成功率和肠镜治疗组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；肠镜钛夹组手术后出血发生率低于肠镜治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后肠镜钛夹组生存质量改善幅度较肠镜治疗组更大，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：钛夹在肠镜下治疗消化道疾病中预防出血的临床效果确切，可有效预防出血的发生，促进患者术后生存质量提升，值得推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 钛夹； 肠镜； 消化道疾病； 预防出血； 临床效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.22.008 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）22-0017-02 　　Bleeding Prevention Effect of Titanium Clamp in the Treatment of Digestive Tract Diseases Under Endoscopy/DING Xiang-lin，ZHOU Jian-ming.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（22）：17-18 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the bleeding prevention effect of titanium clamp in the treatment of digestive tract diseases under endoscopy.Method：From January 2015 to January 2017，50 patients with digestive tract disease who received endoscopic treatment were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with conventional colonoscopy，titanium clip group was treated with conventional colonoscopy treatment with titanium clip to prevent bleeding.The digestive tract disease treatment success rate，the incidence of bleeding after surgery，before and after treatment of patients with quality of life of two groups were compared.Result：There was no significant difference of the disease treatment success rate in endoscopic titanium clips group and endoscopy treatment group（P0.05）.Endoscopic titanium clip group after surgery，the incidence of bleeding was lower than endoscopy treating group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.After the treatment，the life quality of endoscopic titanium clip group improved more significantly，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Endoscopic titanium clip in treatment of digestive tract diseases to prevent bleeding is effective，can prevent the occurrence of bleeding，improve the quality of life，worthy of promotion
