香菇多糖联合化疗治疗老年结直肠癌患者临床疗效及安全性研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨香菇多糖联合化疗方案治疗老年结直肠癌患者的临床疗效、耐受性及安全性。方法：将2012年1月-2014年1月本院肿瘤科收治的结直肠癌老年患者按纳入、排除标准实际纳入128例，按随机数字表法分为两组，治疗组63例采用含氟尿嘧啶类化疗方案的同时给予香菇多糖，对照组65例仅给予含氟尿嘧啶类化疗方案。化疗过程中比较两组的毒副反应、T细胞亚群和NK细胞、生活质量及治疗疗效差异。结果：（1）化疗后，联合香菇多糖治疗组的CD4+/CD8+、CD4+、CD3+、NK细胞较治疗前明显升高（P0.05）。（4）两组均未发生IV度不良反应及治疗相关性死亡，不良反应以血液学毒性、消化道反应、神经毒性为主，联合香菇多糖治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论：在老年结直肠癌患者中，香菇多糖联合化疗可以缓解化疗毒副反应、改善免疫功能、提高患者的化疗耐受性，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 香菇多糖； 结直肠癌； 老年患者； 化疗 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of Lentinan combined with chemotherapy in elderly patients with colon-rectum cancer.Method： 128 elderly patients with colon-rectum cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were divided into two groups. XELOX or FOLFOX4 chemotherapy combined with Lentinan was administered to the treatment group （n=63）， and the control group received chemotherapy only （n=65）. Adverse reactions， lymphocytes subsets， NK cells， quality of life and efficacy were compared. Result：（1） The rates of T cells subsets， NK cells were improved in treatment group（P0.05）， but they were significant deceased in control group. （2） The rate of KPS score was significant improved in treatment group（P0.05）. （3） Clinical efficiency in treatment group was no better than that in control group. （4） The treatment-related deaths did not occur in two groups. The common adverse reactions were hematologic toxicity， gastrointestinal toxicity， neurotoxicity in two groups. The rates of adverse reactions in treatment group were significant lower than control group. Conclusion：Lentinan combined chemo-regimen can enhance cellular immune function in patients with colon-rectum cancer， and improve the efficacy of chemotherapy， reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy， and improve quality of life.
