高频彩超钼靶及两者联合应用在Ⅰ～Ⅱa期乳腺癌诊断中应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 探讨高频彩超和钼靶联合应用于Ⅰ～Ⅱa期乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法 抽取我院2010年10月～2016年10月收治的96例经手术病理证实为早期乳腺癌的患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析患者的高频彩超、钼靶X线摄片检查阳性结果，并做出分期，以病理诊断结果为依据，计算两种检查方法单独或联合诊断早期乳腺癌的诊断阳性率以及分期符合率。结果 高频彩超、钼靶X线摄片单独及联合诊断乳腺癌的阳性率分别为82.29%、71.88%和90.63%。联合诊断的阳性率显著高于单独诊断，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。联合诊断的总符合率为88.54%，显著高于高频彩超、钼靶单独判断的79.17%、64.58%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 高频彩超和钼靶都是诊断乳腺癌的可靠方法，联合应用两种乳腺癌诊断方法不仅可以提高乳腺癌的诊断阳性率，而且可以为乳腺癌的准确分期提供依据，有利于早期乳腺癌的治疗和预后改善。 　　[关键词]高频彩超；钼靶X线摄片；乳腺疾病；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）02（c）-0065-03 　　Application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound，molybdenum target and their combination in the diagnosis of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱa breast cancer 　　ZHENG Hua-ying ZHU Yu-li CHEN Xiao-cui WU Wei-xiong 　　Imaging Center，People′s Hospital of Yingde City in Guangdong Province，Yingde 513000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical value that high frequency colour Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target and their combination in Ⅰ-Ⅱ a period of breast cancer diagnosis.Methods 96 cases confirmed by surgery pathology for early breast cancer patients from October 2010 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object，the results of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray radiography were retrospectively analyzed，stage of breast cancer were done at the same time.According to the results of pathological diagnosis，the positive rate of diagnosis and the coincidence rate of the two methods were calculated.Results The positive rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound，molybdenum target radiography alone and their combination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 82.29%，71.88% and 90.63%，the positive rate of combined diagnosis was higher than that of single diagnosis，with significant difference （P0.05）.The total coincidence rate of combined diagnosis was 88.54%，which was higher than that of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target （79.17%，64.58% respectively），with signific
