高频超声对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断价值及疗效评估 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨高频超声在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断及疗效评估中的作用。 方法 对在我院就诊的97例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的临床资料进行整理、分析、总结。对同期来我院查体的50例健康儿童行腹部超声检查，观察并记录小儿肠系膜淋巴结的分布、数目、大小及血流情况，分析并总结肠系膜淋巴结肿大的超声表现。 结果 97例患儿中肠系膜淋巴结多位于回盲部、脐周，多发，呈簇状堆积或呈串珠样分布，部分堆积呈团块状，淋巴结明显增大，呈椭圆形，血流信号较丰富，治疗后复查，肿大淋巴结减小，血流信号稀疏，纵径（L）、横径（S）及血流信号分级差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。以S7 mm作为诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎性肿大的标准，敏感性90.7%，特异性94.0%。 结论 高频超声用于小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断及疗效观察，客观准确。 　　[关键词] 高频超声；小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎；诊断；急腹症 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）24-0128-04 　　Evaluation of the diagnostic value and curative effects of high-frequency ultrasound on pediatric mesentery lymphadenitis 　　ZHANG Wenhuan1 HE Yanling2 JIANG Xuemei1 ZHANG Feng1 LI Jianning1 CUI Yanjun1 　　1.Department of Special Examination， the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Jinan 250011， China； 2.Department of Chinese Massage， the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Jinan 250011， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effects of high-frequency ultrasound on the diagnosis and evaluation of curative effects of pediatric mesentery lymphadenitis.
