腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿临床对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 比较腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效。方法 2012年10月―2014年10月该院整群选取收治的96例良性卵巢肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组、观察组，各48例。对照组采用开腹手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后病理分类、住院时间以及并发症发生率。 结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后肛门排气时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 相比于开腹手术，腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤具有较高的临床效果，能够缩短手术时间和术后肛门排气时间，有效减少术中出血量，降低并发症发生率，促进患者早日康复，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 开腹手术；腹腔镜手术；良性卵巢肿瘤；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R713 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）10（b）-0094-03 　　Comparative Study of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery for Benign Ovarian Tumor 　　WANG Wen-juan 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Pizhou Peoples Hospital， Pizhou， Jiangsu Province， 221300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors. Methods From October 2012 and October 2014， 96 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected in this hospital and were randomized to receive laparotomy （the control group， n=48） and the laparoscopic surgery （the observation group， n=48）. The operation duration， intraoperative blood loss， postoperative exhaust time， postoperative pathologic classification， hospital stay， complication rate were compared between the two procedures. Results The operation duration， intraoperative blood loss， postoperative exhaust time， length of hospital stay were all lower in the observation group than in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant， P0.05. The complication rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant， P0.05. Conclusion Compared with laparotomy， laparoscopic surgery can bring better efficacy in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors and is worthy to be popularized due to its shorter operation duration， earlier exhaustion after operation， less amount of bleeding， lower complication rate， and quick recovery. 　　[Key words] Open surgery； Laparoscopic surgery； Benign ovarian tumors； Effect 　　卵巢肿瘤是一种常
