Suggestion： Implement the investment policy of who invests， who decides and who benefits；Management mode of new investment entity should build in joint stock company；Increase the proportion of government subsidies.The feasibility of decision-making project is analysed by the comprehensive industry comparative analysis and economic and social analysis results. 　　Key words： kiwifruit；project；financial analysis 　　目前?J猴桃产业的发展总体上已经进入产业发展的成熟期，国内在陕、川、黔、豫等地已经形成区域农业主导产业，宜昌是世界猕猴桃栽培的原产地，经过20多年的发展，猕猴桃产业发展还处于产业的萌发阶段。根据宜昌市猕猴桃产业发展规划的建设内容，为了有利于投资主体对产业规模、建设内容、经营模式的决策，我们开展了宜昌市猕猴桃产业项目的项目融资前和融资后财务分析、分散经营者层面的财务分析，为宜昌市猕猴桃产业的发展决策提供参考。 　　1 项目财务分析基本数据 　　1.1 项目投资计算方法及价格 　　项目分析按照建设项目投资估算相关规则进行简化，项目建设投资估算采取概算法估算，产品及原材料等项目的单价采取综合单价法估算。固定资产建设期不折旧，经营期采用直线法折旧。 　　1.2 项目建设规模及进度安排 　　项目种植基地规模0.33万hm2，储藏能力1 000 t储藏库100座；项目计算期15年，建设期3年，经营期12年；项目的基地种植工程与储藏库的建设进度分开安排，项目种植基地，建设期3年，第一期建设0.01万hm2，第二年0.13万hm2，第三年0.18万hm2；各年度投资比例25%、35%、40%
