我国农村寄宿制学校学生膳食营养认知需求剖析   【摘要】 目的 了解农村寄宿制学校学生对膳食营养的认识、态度和需求,为开展农村寄宿制学校学生营养干预研究提供基础资料。方法 于2008年和2009年,采用方便抽样方法从我国13省(直辖市)下属的29个市(县)中选取78所中小学校,每个学校组织1个专题小组讨论,共824名中小学生参加了讨论。结果 大多数学生反映每天能吃3顿饭,但学生普遍反映肉类、蛋类、奶类等食物摄入较少;多数中学男生反映,上午最后2节课有饥饿感。多数学生认为学校应适当增加蔬菜种类,多提供含蛋白质丰富的食品,早餐最好能吃1个鸡蛋和喝点豆浆;多数学生反映可以喝到学校提供的开水,但部分学生反映有喝生水的习惯。大多数学生未接受过正规的营养健康教育,营养知识匮乏。结论 农村寄宿制学校学生膳食营养状况存在问题,需要及时得到解决。有关部门应该加强对学生营养工作的重视。   【关键词】 膳食;营养状况;卫生服务需求;学生;农村人口   【中图分类号】 R 151.45 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2010)09-01033-02      Perceptions and Needs of Students in Rural Boarding Schools Towards Nutritional Dietary/MA Guan-sheng, ZHANG Qian, LI Yan-ping, et al. National Institute for Nutrition and Food Safety, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Beijing (100050), China   【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perceptions, attitudes and needs of students in rural boarding schools towards nutritional dietary, and to provide scientific basis for developing nutritional intervention research. MethodsEight hundred and twenty-four students from 78 elementary and secondary schools of 13 provinces were surveyed using focus group discussion technique. A total of 78 focus group discussions were conducted, the discussion was carried out among 842 primary and secondary students. Results The majority of students reported that they had three meals per day, but students generally felt hungry in the last two classes in the morning, and took meat, eggs, milk and other food lowly, they thought that schools should properly increased the varieties of vegetable and provided more high-protein foods, it was best to drink milk and eat an egg in the breakfast. Students drunk boiled water provided by the school, while some students had the habit of drinking raw water. Most of the students had never received the formal nutritional health education, and they lacked the nutritional knowledge.
