Update and explore new methods for DF , To improve the quality of life for patients with diabetic foot.improving the PAGE PAGE 3 therapeutic effect, saving the duration of treatment and costs. Methods : 70 patients with diabetic foot (DF) is divided into two groups : 35 patients in the intervention group and control group of 35 patients.By analysis of variance the two groups of age, gender, disease duration, clinical manifestations, blood sugar control levels Parameters differences were not statistically significant (P 0.05) before treatment.The control group in accordance with the comprehensive treatment: traditional methods of hypoglycemic, improve blood circulation, debridement, dressing, and anti-infective therapy. Intervention group on the basis of comprehensive treatment increase the femoral artery puncture for one-time infusion of thrombolytic agents and vasodilators.Application of the Seldinger law from patients with contralateral or ipsilateral femoral artery puncture to enter the lower limbs femoral artery, popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery, peroneal artery and dorsalis pedis artery contrast agent tracking X-ray digital subtraction angiography. And then were given the drug respectively infused into the left and right lower extremity arteries: urokinase 250000u, papaverine 30mg, compound Salvia 30ml, anisodamine injection 10ml.Re-imaging after administration, When see the increase in small blood vessels branch, improvement of stenosis or occlusion, exit the catheter.Before and after treatment measure ankle-brachial index (ABI), vibratio
