PAGE PAGE 1 肝细胞再生磷酸酶-3 在食管鳞癌组织中的 表达及其临床意义研究 摘 要 目的：研究肝细胞再生磷酸酶-3（phosphatase of regenerating liver-3, PRL-3）在食 管鳞状细胞癌（esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, ESCC）组织中的表达情况，以 及与 ESCC 临床病理特征的关系。 方法：用免疫组化（Immunology and Histology Chemistry, IHC）的方法来检测 59 例 ESCC 组织及 18 例癌旁组织中 PRL-3 的表达，进一步分析 PRL-3 与 ESCC 的临 床病理特征之间的相关性。 结果：1、在 ESCC 组织与癌旁组织中，PRL-3 的阳性表达率分别为 94.9%（56/59）、 11.1%（2/18），两者相比差异具有统计学意义（χ2=47.7, P0.05）。2、PRL-3 的 表达水平与 ESCC 的病理分化程度呈负相关，与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、TNM 分期及有无淋巴结转移等无相关性。 结论: ESCC 组织中 PRL-3 的表达升高，并且与肿瘤的临床病理分化程度相关。 提示 PRL3 蛋白的表达可能与 ESCC 恶性程度有关,可作为生物标志物诊断 ESCC。 关键词：ESCC；PRL-3；病理特征 Expression of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance Abstract Objective: Research of liver cell regeneration phosphatase - 3 (phosphatase of regenerating liver - 3, PRL – 3) in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas (esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, ESCC) expression in the organization, and as well as its relationship with clinicopathological features of ESCC. Methods: By immunohistochemical (Immunology and Histology Chemistry, IHC) methods testing 59 cases of ESCC tissues and 18 cases of tissue adjacent to carcinoma in the expression of PRL - 3, further analysis of PRL - 3 and ESCC of the correlation between clinical pathological features. Results：1. PRL - 3 in ESCC tissues and tissue adjacent to carcinoma in the positive expression rate was 94.9% (56/59), 11.1% (2/18), and compared the differences statistically significant (χ2= 47.7, P 0.05). 2.PRL - 3 the expression level of negative correlation with ESCC pathological differentiation degree, and the patients age, sex, tumor size, tumor size, tumor TNM staging, and presence of lymph node metastasis and no significant correlation. Conclusion：PRL-3 expression increased in ESCC tissues and correlated with the clinical pathologic differentiation degree of tumor.
