There is an increasing prominent acoustic problem in daily operation of these kinds of underground spaces. From the view of the users’ subjective evaluation, the research object of the dissertation is the underground dining space which is the subsidiary space of the underground mall, the research content is the subjective acoustic comfort and speech intelligibility in the underground dining space acoustic field. The research which is aimed at the content of the object is to make sure that the subjective acoustic comfort of the acoustic pressure level threshold range in underground dining space.When the acoustic pressure level in that threshold range and the broadcasting system working normally, the paper mainly make sure the threshold range of the language clarity in the underground dining space.to ensure that the users can get the escaping information which is through the broadcasting system .When there is a sudden in underground dining space. First, the paper reviews existing studies of urban underground space, and summary the main three types of urban underground space in “the noise control standards of underground space”, in order to determine the research content the noise control index of underground dining space. Secondly, to understand the status of underground dining space in Harbin, the researchers take the exploratory study using field interviews and subjective questionnaires combined.
