Abstract
Since reform and opening up, Chinas private education conform to the trend of the development of history came into being and has achieved great development in the countrys overall education and played an increasingly important role. Since 1999, China started expanding the enrollment of students in colleges and universities, big push forward the process of popularizing higher education. Higher Vocational Education as an important component of higher education, also in the process of promoting the popularization of higher education plays a key role in the education sector focused on competition reflected in the talent competition. How to use an effective incentive mechanism to attract and retain qualified personnel has become a priority.
Harbin Huaxia Institute of computer technology is private industry in Heilongjiang Province in higher vocational colleges,short for “Huaxia Institute ” .In this paper the background of Huaxia Institute, both at home and abroad through the incentive mechanism of contrast, the theory of modern incentives, according to the actual situation of the Huaxia Institute proposed in the pay mechanism, performance evaluation, staff training, promotion mechanisms, staff career planning, enterprise cultural building, and so on, pointed out the Chinese Academy of incentive mechanisms currently exist in the various disadvantages.
This paper further against Huaxia Institute junior officers, middle management, senior management, from the pay mechanism, performance evaluation, staff training, promotion mechanisms, staff career planning, the building of enterprise culture, and other aspects of the corresponding incentive program design, and the idea of how to encourage implementation of the program.
