桉木与竹子混合置换蒸煮(DDS)的研究 桉木与竹子混合置换蒸煮(DDS)的研究 摘要 本论文用单因素实验方法对桉木与竹子混合置换蒸煮(DDS)进行了 研究,得出最佳蒸煮工艺条件:原料配比为3:2(即桉木:竹子=3:2), 预处理时间为60min(三个预处理阶段总时间),蒸煮用碱量为17%(Na:0计), 硫化度为2596(Na:0计),升温时间为160min,最高温度为168℃。通过对 蒸煮后纸浆纤维形态分析得知,桉木与竹子混合置换蒸煮(DDS)得到的浆 料,其纤维平均长度、宽度、长宽比、纤维长度频率分布等指标均比纯竹 浆、纯桉木浆优。纤维长度分布频率在0.20—1.20mm区间,主要分布在 0.50-0.80mm。纤维宽度分布频率在8.0-32.0 u m区间,主要分布在8.O一16.0 u m区间。 对桉木与竹子混合置换蒸煮(DDS)的脱木素反应历程进行了研究。实 验结果表明:其脱木素反应历程分为初始脱木素阶段、主要脱木素阶段和 残余脱木素阶段。在初始脱木素阶段,木素的脱除率为27.54%。大量的木 素脱除发生在主要脱木素阶段,脱除率为64.66%。而在残余脱木素阶段, 仅有少量的木素脱除,脱除率为3.97%。 对桉木与竹子混合置换蒸煮(DDS)的动力学进行了初步研究,研究结 果表明,主要脱木素阶段和残余脱木素阶段的木素浓度对脱木素反应均为 拟一级反应。主要脱木素阶段和残余脱木素阶段的活化能分别为 51.609kJ/mol和64.955kJ/m01。 氢氧化钠浓度对蒸煮最终脱木素程度有较大影响,在主要脱木素阶段, 氢氧化钢浓发对脱木素反应缴数为拟0.89缴,在残余脱木素嘭『.段为拟1.49 氢氧化钢浓发对脱木素反应缴数为拟0.89缴,在残余脱木素嘭『.段为拟1.49 级。硫化物浓度对主要脱木素阶段和残余脱木素阶段都有影响,主要脱木 素阶段的反应级数为拟0.43级,残余脱木素阶段的反应级数为拟0.86级。 最后确定桉木与竹子混合置换蒸煮(DDS)脱木素动力学模型为: 主要脱木素阶段:_-dFL=Ale竽陋一】0‘89b·r∞主要脱木素阶段:—-= 丁陋一】o.89b‘r。43 df 残余脱木素阶段:i-dL=4,-7813陋h‘r 关键词: 桉木竹子置换蒸煮动力学脱木素 II STUDY STUDY ON DISPLACEMENT DIGESTER SYSTERMS(DDS) COOKING MTH THE MXTURE OF EUCAI YPTUS AND BAⅣmOO AB STRACT The process conditions of displacemented cooking with the mixture of eucalyptus and bamboo was optimized by single—factor experiment.The optimal process conditions of displacemented cooking were:the dosage ratio of eucalyptus:bamboo was 3:2,pretreatment time was 60min(total time of the three pretreatment stages),the charge of alkali was 1 7%(calculated as Na20), 25%Cooking the Sulfidity(calculated as Na20),the heating up time was 1 60min,the maximum temperature was 1 68C.The fiber morphology of pulp indicated that the average length,width,the ratio of fiber length,fiber width and fiber length distribution of mixed pulp were better than which of the eucalyptus pulp or bamboo puIp.The fiber length distribution ranged between O.20 and 1.20mm,mainly ranged between O.50 and O.80mm.The fiber width distribution ranged between 8.0 and 32.09m,mainly ranged between 8.0 and 1 6.01ma.
