武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The industry technology innovation platform is a resource sharing systematic and integrated supporting system on the industrial level which includes material and information support system and sharing mechanism as well as specialized personnel who construct and$elve the platform．This platform provides the effective， lligh—quality and fair service for a particular industry and related industrial clusters．or regJlonalized distinctive industrial technology innovation activities．The significance of constructing industry technology innovation platform is：First，the research on the platform helps to achieve organic connection between national and enterprises’ technological innovation project．Second，it is all urgent need for upgrading industrial technology capacity and realizing industrial self-development．Third，the research on this platform improves the efficiency of enterprisestechnological innovation and enhances their competitiveness．Our national industry faces both opportunities and challenges in this period，it is not only a realistic need，but also a strategic measure to improve our comprehensive national strength by constructing industry technology innovation platform focusing on the self-development，guiding the development of industrial innovation with the ideology of platform strategy，exerting the comprehensive advantages of an integrated platform，breaking through the obstacles existing in the development of industry with accuracy,combining the industrial technology,system，management，information and services． This thesis studies on the industry technology innovation platform by using the theories of industrial economics and innovation management．In the first part,this thesis introduces the present research situation of foreign and domestic industrial technology innovation platform．The second part recapitulates the connotation of the industry technology innovation platform，with the application of innovation theory,it discuss
