企业运营资金管理 本科毕业论文-关于中小企业运营资金管理分析 摘 要 中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，对社会经济的发展和稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用。 随着中小企业集群在我国经济社会发展中的地位和作用越来越突出，已成为推动经济快速增 长的重要力量。但是，目前我国中小企业举步维艰，失败率较高，企业的平均寿命在3-5年， 其中一个非常重要的原因就是在于中小企业的营运资金管理制度不完善，存在着内部管理混 乱、缺乏健全的货币资金内部控制制度、监督力度不够等问题，使中小企业的信誉和盈利能 力下降。只有搞好资金管理这个中小环节，采取科学合理的管理和控制措施，才能提高中小 企业的经济效益，使其在市场经济中稳步发展。 本论文以北京澜海信迪涂料有限公司为例为实例，总结该公司作为中小企业所具有的营运资 金管理的特点，通过运用已有的理论成果，对该公司的营运资金管理存在的问题，如：资金 的周转能力不强、存货占用比较大、企业的货币资金占流动资产的比例较低、资金筹集渠道 狭窄、部分不相容岗位未实现职务分离。 通过对本公司存在问题的分析，提出相应的对策，即：（1）建立健全信息档案并制定合理的 企业信用政策、（2）加强各职能部门在营运资金管理上的衔接、加强对资产负债表项目的科 学管理、灵活企业营运资金的管理模式、（3）加强管理货币资金的财务人员的整体素质，严 格对专业技术的要求。（4）明确责任分工、权限范围和审批程序，科学合理的进行机构设置 和人员配备； 1 关键词：中小企业,营运资金管理，资金管理，内部控制 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important part of national economy, the development of social economy and stability plays an important role in promoting. As small and medium-sized enterprises cluster in our country, the position and role of the economic and social development is more and more prominent, has become an important force to promote rapid economic growth. However, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country is struggling, failure rate is higher, enterprises average life expectancy in 3 to 5 years, one of the very important reason is that lies in the small and medium-sized enterprises working capital management system is not perfect, there are internal management confusion, lack of a sound internal control of monetary fund system, such problems as not enough supervision, resulting in a small and medium-sized enterprises reputation and profitability. Only do a good job in fund management of the small and medium-sized link, scientific and rational management and control measures, to improve the economic benefits of small and medium-sized enterprises, make its steady development
